General conditions:

To confirm the reservation, the client must pay the amount corresponding to the first night using any of the payment methods specified therein. The deposit for the first night of reservations in July and August will be charged 14 days before the arrival date. For the rest of the months, it will be charged 7 days before check-in.

If the establishment does not receive the corresponding payment within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled. Upon arrival, guests must present the credit card used for booking. The cardholder must be one of the guests; otherwise, the keys will not be handed over. Please contact the establishment in advance. Guests must present a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Non-refundable reservation conditions:

To confirm the reservation, the client must pay the full amount of the stay at the time of booking using any of the payment methods specified therein. If the establishment does not receive the corresponding payment within 48 hours, the reservation will be canceled.

No changes or modifications are allowed once the reservation has been made.
